My question is, is there a simulation program out there for guitar freaks like stepmania?

to answer ur question, there is no actual guitar simulator. quite a number of people tried creating it, but there were too many glitches.

GF controller is a better option.
however guitar hero controller can still be used.

I'm not sure on the process, but there should be a guide SOMEWHERE.

Any will do good with GF, unlike DDR... <_<
But if you use a 360 controller (Which is wireless, I believe)...
Errr...
I'm stumped... >_>

Ok so i have everything set up and i know how to configer but my guitar hero controller wont let me register the pick on the controller for the pick on the pc simulator. The contoller is perfectly calibrated and all and my computer recognizes it and i even have the 3 buttons set up for the frets but I cant imput the pick on the controller for the pick function on the game T.T
Maybe cause its considered a d-pad? idk..
