Default IED01 Problem

I recently purchased an ION IED01 Drumset and the Yamaha UX-16 to play on my PS2 with Drummania V and Drummania V2. The system works and I'm able to play it. (I tried on Drummania Mix 3 but didnt' get it to work)

Now here is the problem, I've been playing on it, but every time I hit the Tom 1 pad hard, the Tom 2 pad register and goes off. And also Vice Versa when I hit the Tom 2 pad hard the Tom 1 pad goes (To clarify, BOTH goes off at the same time).

I heard some people have had the similar setup, if anyone could help tell me to set the MIDI system up correctly or adjust it correctly to make the system work properly.

FYI - ION IED01 Drum Set $209.99 at "The Source" Canada
- Yamaha UX-16 $74.99 at Tom Lee Music Canada

Never mind all, I figured out what was the problem. I setup the Drum unit a little awkwardly so whenever I hit one of the pads, the vibration on pad next to it on the same bar attached to it, goes off. Apparently I hit to hard. I had had to do was re-adjust the pads so it absorbed more of the impact and didn't vibrate enough to the other pads.

To recap.

ION IED01 + Yamaha UX-16 = Cheap Drummania Fun.

(Note, DO NOT get the IED05, its USB only and sends digital signal only a Computer can interpret, not the PS2)

I've only had it for less than a day. I've heard from other owners that the kicker does a double kick when kicked once. I haven't seen it yet

I've just got to set it up correctly so when I hit the pads, the vibration doesn't activate the nearby pads.

so does the ION drumset work flawlessly, no crapping out during a song?

i would like to see a video of someone using the ION drumset (i don't have enough money to buy a DTXplorer)

From what I hear, it's actually ok

Did a youtube search yesterday, and it appears to be an OK set. I'll proabably be getting one now, with tax season coming up

So, which pedals are compatible then? I mean, the ied01 doesn't use a "real" pedal..
Also i was wondering if maybe the rock band pedal is compatible with this, as it seems to use the same cables? Dunno how all this works and since i dont own rock band drums to test it
If yes, then THIS should also work...?
