Advice 1: Quit.

If no, then:

Advice 2: get your own set of drumsticks. Go to a music store, find what feels comfortable. Purchase them.

Advice 3: watch alot of people play. Videos are helpful, but seeing someone do it live (since I'm assuming you mean arcade) will be alot more effective.

Advice 4: Start finding your most comfortable speed (double tap bass pedal to change speed) I wouldn't go past 2x the first 10 tries.

Advice 5: DO NOT PLAY AUTO [HIHAT/BASS/CRASH/SCRATCH]

Um, everything he said except for #1.

Also, you can sort songs in V4 by hitting Bass, then Green Tom while on the song select screen.

You can touch the constantly whored out songs lke Fat Lip or SEPTEMBER first, and then as you get better, you can move on to more kickass ones like Leaving All Behind or NEMESIS.

You are a Filipino if you think Sis Bond Chit is a licensed group. Sadly, that doesn't apply for me, even though I'm a Filipino.

It's Fat Lip and SEPTEMBER where I live. I don't quite remember where NEMESIS is placed in the hit chart in the arcade where I play.

2.5x or 3.0x. Since V4's notes seem to stick to each other more than it did in V3, 2.5x or 3.0x is great for beginners. (2.0x pre-V3)

i havent played a V4 but 4x ~ 4.5x on any of the lower mixes is a good comfortable speed for me

I'd say once you get up to 40s in basic to start venturing into ADV charts

Which speeds are you using nowadays ? Were you referring to GF, DM, or both?

it's basically konami's online system, ask the arcade staff if the machine's connected to the net, if it's not, then a card is useless.

as for speed, I usually do about x3 or x4

In my post, I was referring to both.

Anyway, I use 4.0x on both. Majority seem to use 4.5x and above.
