Just started on DrumMania & GuitarFreak, how to change speed

so yea, how do i change the speed of a song in DrumMania and GuitarFreak?

I'll just try to be helpful, this'll probably get locked.

Drummania is Bass drum x2
Guitar Freaks I believe is Green button x2

On the home versions there are different commands...I think recently R1 is designated to speed mods on both.

specify on e mix that u're playing pls.

when u're choosing e song...

if u're talking about v4,
press bass drum (or green button for guitar) 3 times and the playstyle menu (speed, dark, reverse, blablabla) appears.

if u're talking about pre-v4, hideki has given e answer.

You can also hold the Start button when choosing a song to access the Play Style Menu, where you can make various changes. It is also possible to change the speed during a song.

DM: Bass 2x
GF: Green 3x

To change the speed during the song...

GF : Hold Start, then press Red to decrease the speed, or Blue to increase the speed.

DM : Hold Start, then press the left selection arrow to decrease the speed, or the right selection arrow to increase the speed.

Of course, you want to do this when there are no notes to play, or you'll miss a bunch of them while changing speeds.
