Okay, Mushroom Boy is definitely arrange and sung by Asaki himself, and Ru-ru-ru is arranged by him too, according to JP wikipedia (whether he sing it is questionable). However, they are listed under a different artist name (as with eveyrone in Konami music division, which have tons of artist name). Of course, we also have Onihime, Die Zauberflaut
While Mushroom Boy I can somewhat understand, why Ru-ru-ru? The song is just straight Visual kei/ Gothic, which is Asaki's style... And the other songs, which is completely within his style.
I think what I want to know is, underwhat situation does the artist use other pseudonym?

Maybe he likes using different names for different styles. Sort of how some music producers have a number of 'projects', all with different names.
Die Zauberflote is by more people than just Asaki (Tomosuke was also involved and someone else who I've forgotten). Onihime I'm not sure about.
Also, when Asaki covered BEAMS and ロマンス he did so under the pseudonym of CAPTAIN ROCK.

What my take on this is that 573 doesn't want the game to look like it comprises of only so little in-house artiste...somewhat like an illusion they wish to create that Konami's DMgf section is actually populated by many "talented artistes"?

Onihime I BELIEVE was all asaki, with some choir for the background. I'm not 100 percent sure though, but I think so because there isn't anyone elses style in it.

And Asaki's comment on Onihime said the Ghost's Children Choir is "12 Asakis." >_>

Each so-called Asaki sing only one note.
That wouldn't seem right.

It saves costs on hiring sessioning artistes...and reduces the amount of takes required to get one recording done compared to single recording...

Recording studio tricks are kind of the norm for many musicians :P
