Passing songs with S and getting high perfects

Erm...actually if even I can max orbital velocity on GF, I don't see how getting at least 95% perfects for it is impossible for you...it's a constant beat song on GF that's just a bit on the fast side...

I used to FC a lot of easier songs with a lot of greats and goods, I even managed to FC Carnival Extreme but only get an A.

For me, I don't really care for high perfect percentages while I'm still starting a song, as long as I finish it, I'm fine. After I know I can ace the song, that's the time I start practicing my timing.

Go back to easier songs and practice your timing.. because if your getting greats/goods now.. chances are when you get to hard stuff you will be getting poors instead.. because now, 99% of the time, except when i get a BS miss on an easier song.. I always get more misses than greats..
