- SS Rebirth EXT (35)
- S Andante EXT Open (59)! (brilliant song)
- S Mangekyou EXT (62)! (ditto)
- Clear/A Hotaru EXT (72, 84/6 Perfects/Greats)
Fell short on Little Prayer EXT (85) twice. Would be a great 2nd 80+ AC because the chart is fun and the song is absolutely brilliant. Love wac.

GFV2 AC. Totally awesome night (despite the "1 Good" curse being in full effect), finally getting some more worthy accomplishments.

Mikeneko Rock EXT RAN - SS
Sea Anemones EXT RAN - Full Combo, 1 Good (Took me YEARS to finally FC this song.. and just short of the SS... ugh.)
Model DD7 EXT OPN RAN - Full Combo, 1 Good (Blurry pic 'cause my hands were a bit unsteady after that.. wasn't expecting it)

And some near-accomplishments..

Sunrise Street EXT OPN RAN - S, 1 miss
Also A'd DD6 EXT-OPN-RAN a couple times. Scratched the S, but couldn't quite make it.

Yeah.. I've been working on this Random + Dark thing.. definitely helping me improve.

Last week I unexpectedly came into possession of a DTX 2.0, so now I can play DM! Got the adapter on like Wednesday or something.

I've mostly been playing it safe in order to unlock stuff more quickly, so I haven't been pushing myself with difficult songs (relative to my skill level at least), but I did just FC Rewrite ADV. Is it normal for me to be FCing very easy songs but still not getting enough perfects for a SS? Like, Akogare. Or does that have more to do with my secondhand drum kit, which used to live in the back of a church where kids beat the crap out of it?

You can (theoretically) get an SS with no perfects at all. SS is all perfect / great: you could get 0% perfect, 100% great, and still get an SS. What you don't want is any goods.

if you mean is it normal to find it far easier to get FC than SS, then yes, that's normal, for DM at least. Getting SS is a lot easier on GF than DM.

Anyway, enough about you, onto me! =)

also got a bunch of first play clears at high 70s / low 80s, first play clear on Centaur, high B on Passion, 94% p/g on namida (d'oh), 93% p/g on Atalante.
