I just hope I can go to HK again this year. I remember visiting there a few months ago to play V4 in Silvercord (which has a shitty ass hi-hat) as it was the closest to Marco Polo hotel. Did manage to enjoy e-amusement there (was at Extra Rush Level 14 I think) so it was a plus for me.

I tried visiting other places like Goldstar (beside A1 exit of TST MTR station) but they didn't have online network at that time.

1. TST X-Land, right at the Star Ferry Pier, beside McDonalds. Somewhat need to get to 1F though.
2. Prince Edward GC, just right at Prince Edward MTR station exit B2.
3. Hollywood Gamezone, in 3F Hollywood Plaza of Diamond Hill (MTR avaliable), beside the cinema.

Played a couple games of DM last night to prepare for today's HARDCORE VANCOUVER TRIP.

97% P+Gr on Tamayura EXT. This song is hit or miss for me; I'll either totally nail the crossovers or just completely blow them.

11 misses Akai Suzu EXT, so close to single digit miss. :G

Day's! - 89/9/90 (S). Combo all the way from start up to the bit where it's fast snare+red tom beats followed by a fast snare roll; missed about the fifth beat of the snare roll still awesome score though

STOP SPINNING ME IN CIRCLES - 88/10/99 (S) - argh, full combo all the way then messed up the stupid final snare roll

E-MAIL ME! - didn't note score, but 1 miss: got all the tough parts but missed a stupid snare double somewhere around half way. argh.

Sound of truth only requires the stamina for 1017 notes, and the skill for normal 2-2 pickings. Staircase is a bit tough I admit.
The other 2 songs require more.

Well, I have S'ed both Sound of Truth and Leaving All Behind.. but I have only 93% A'd Nemesis. As far as stamina goes, Leaving all Behind is the most draining for me. I think it's slightly faster than Sound of Truth, and doesn't really have any break sections. Sound of Truth has a few sections of slow triplets, which let you build your stamina back. Nemesis is definetly the hardest to combo of the three, simply because of the beginning and ending. Sound of Truth has many single note scale sections similar to Leaving All Behind, but they are a bit slower and I combo them almost evertime. I A'd Sound of Truth first try, and S'd it on only my second try. My overall score on it was significantly better than the others. I believe I have a 97/1/0/0/2 on Sound of Truth, with only 5 greats and 18 misses. Case in point, it's not really that hard.
