Percussion Freaks is DrumMania, just that it has a different name.

DrumMania has 9 more mixes after 3rd mix, with the latest two called V and V2.

To be specific, Drummania was marketed as "Percussion Freaks" in other parts of Asia. I forgot why though, but it's been that way for some reason. Does anyone know why?

Apparently a version to appeal to US gamers. They took out some songs from those versions (namely Ultimate Power and Road for Thunder on the first one) and took out some LYRICS on others (namely Depend on You and Liar Liar on the 5th Mix, if I remember right).

I think in the early mix, "Percussion Freaks" name was used for release outside of Japan, Hongkong and Taiwan. There are also different "Percussion Freaks" version release, one for Korea (with lyrics remove), others for general Asia, and etc. etc.
I don't know, I might be wrong

No, you're correct. Before DMV, non-Jap versions were called Percussion Freaks. And it does have two versions, one for Korea (no Jap lyrics and a few missing songs) and one for everywhere else (completely intact).

The battery machine? Are you talking about Percussion Master? Your post is confusing, because there's only one version of PM out AFAIK (maybe two). And PM is not PF.

Was there ever a GF11PF10/10-9/9-8? I've never seen any of those three.

That solves that. No PF V after all. Is it because Konami's alliance with the Korean developers is over? (correct me plz. I think I didn't use the right words)
