I've been struggling with this for a few days now.
Every time I try to enter in Japanese text into one of my simfiles via the Note Pad it just erases it as soon as I start the game. I tried saving it as UTF-8 and Unicode and it still doesn't work.
I've pretty much tried everything and nothing seems to work. All of the songs that I downloaded that have Japanese text work fine and I follow the same format from the SM file as they do but still nothing.
I've heard of something called a translation.dat file but I have no idea what that is or how to get it. I'm getting the feeling that this has something to do with this.
I've tried everything that was posted in this thread but nothing seems to work.
I'm at my wit's end. Anyone know what I should do? |
