 Deleting a machine location
How do I remove an arcade (i.e. either an arcade that closed or no longer has any bemani?).
If this isn't a user-enable feature, the arcades that I need to remove are (all in Nebraska):
Planet X Entertainment Center (Closed, sold the DDR machine to an arcade in California)
Nickel-A-Play (No longer has the DDR 5th Mix machine nor any other Bemani)
The Black Hole (Closed, no idea what happened to the DDR Extreme machine)
