How do you ban an adbotter?

Apparently, this user wasn't banned still and based on the profile information, it appears to be a "bot". I can't use the Infractions/Warnings at all, though the Guitar Hero/Rock Band mods can based on what I've seen.

Well, i'm keeping a watch at these once in a while... if you don't have the privileges to do it, we're gonna take care of them once we see it
