What are the things in the media shop for? i mean, are they like, massive simfile packs, or just videos or etc of people playing the various games? also, how much do they cost, cus i cannot find a price thx for the help

It says Audio or Video by the game. They're pretty much categories. It shows how much they cost to the right of each individual file.

AUDIO tagged items are game-rips of songs currently on no official OSTs. When a soundtrack is released, those rips suddenly disappear from the site "unexpectedly".

VIDEO tagged items are rips of the videos from songs that play beside or behind the note field in each game. It's recommended you have VLC Media Player to display these, mostly since a few are unviewable in certain movie playing programs.
