Can't upload, keeps on saying "This page cannot be displayed"

I keep on trying to upload my sim and it kept on saying the same thing - the title says "Cannot find server", and the message says "This page cannot be displayed". I kept on uploading 10 times and no luck. Why?
To make matters worse, I hit back and got logged out of BMS.

Also, I tried a different zip file and that didn't work, either. I'm using the library, so maybe uploading in libraries isn't allowed or something...

Sorry for the double-post, but I think Zip files created with 7-Zip (at sourceforge) don't upload to Bemanistyle at all. Anyone have that problem? I used WinZip and AlZip and they uploaded fine.

Update again: Damn, it's still not uploading. I can't upload One due to that "Cannot find server" message by timeout. What gives? Is it the server that's preventing uploads?

Update, yet again: I got my sims uploaded, but I tried a different subtitle name. I used a slash in the title which may have prevented it from uploading. Can that occur?
