How do I put a video into my SMFiles??

I want to upload videos to my smfiles but I can't get them to work!!!!

Do I need a some sort of avi,mpeg, mp4, Micromedia Flash Player file, Windows Media audio/video file?????

Help me with my problem!!!!!!

I'm making some really good Smfiles but I want them with Videos!!!!!

The file needs to be less than 10 megs. If it's over that size, your best option is to upload it elsewhere and link to it.

As for putting the videos with the files, just put the AVI in the same folder as your simfile before you create the stepchart.
