I have Great Simfiles with movies but the are 70+MB HELP!

I have a bunch of good simfiles that are with movies but the are 70+MB files

How can I Send them bucause there pretty good simfiles for this site and people will want him or how can I make them smaller

Learn how to re-encode the movies with VirtualDub using Divx or Xvid until they are small enough. There are tutorials online as to how to do this, I'm not going to go into it here because it is kind of complicated. You should also resize the videos to 320x240 in VirtualDub, and maybe do some cropping or letterboxing so that you don't mess up the aspect ratio (if it's different to the usual).

You could also post the video (and/or mp3, if it is a really long song) on a site like Rapidshare, Megaupload, or Filefront (must register for an account on Filefront). Then, you can post a link to the video (and possibly music) in your simfile comments.

Still, resize your videos to a proper length in which it corresponds to the length of the duration of the sequence.

And like Xythat said, compress it in a decent quality that it's small but doesn't mess up the video

Take 12MB as your maximum quota for the entire sim
