Problem with ratings (a bit strange)

My problem is simple:
When someone rate my sim,the rating is saved correctly and when you press the button to have the rating and the person who made the rating of the sim,you view the ratings.But if you watch my profil or the most recent file,at ratings,you view NA.
For example to be more clear:
For my last sim "Pure Hatred" By The Berzerker,you view at ratings NA but if you press the button to view the person who rate the sim,you view that Furizo has rate the sim 10.

Sorry if I speak no clearly but I'm French

And an other problem:Why when I submit,I gained 0 Tokens?

No rating will show up until you simfile is rated 5 times.
