Question about # of downloads...

Just skimmed the topics in this thread, and didn't seem to find anything about it...sorry if I happen to skip it somewhere

How is the number of downloads determined? Is it like FFR where it only shows the amount of downloads in the last "x" amount of days, or is it how it's always been?

Saying this because I noticed my One Winged Angel simfile "lost" a lot of downloads. It used to have at least 200 downloads (can't remember the exact number), but then it fell down to about 120. Really weird...Don't know if this has happen to any other sims or not, though.

The number of downloads is determined by the total amount of times that it has been downloaded since it was uploaded. If a simfile download count went down, then chances are Keith did moderation on it, and reset the download count to 0, because people were machine-gun-refreshing the download page to get their simfiles to look extremely popular.
