Someone bashed my simfile with a 1 and didn't comment

I think this user didn't even downloaded this simfile because he gave one of them a 1 out of 10 and didn't even comment it. Username who bashed my simfile is gonzalopatricio1999888

Will the database disable ratings until they download it at least once? I hate people who rate but don't download.

As well as this, force the user to comment when they rate.

I'm also going to support on you Dark Coz. That's very unfair enough and I agree on Clarksoni-91's point. Actually, the simfile uploader should have the right anyways to delete and report the ratings with no comment to the mods...

Might be a good idea if someone was assigned as a mod for simfiles. It's easy to bypass forced-comments by simply saying something like "yeah, this suckz!!ROFLMAO."

DarthNemesis and Akira could be the sims mods. I could be wrong, though.
