[Suggestion] Show Edit steps on SM parser

Topic title really says it all.

I actually think this constitutes as a double-suggestion:

1) Fix the parser so it shows challenge steps for a .sm (since it does this for .dwi but not .sm)
2) Show edit steps on .sm parser (since .dwi doesn't allow for edit steps)

Since nobody has said anything about this, I'll step in.

1) I'm pretty sure Keith fixed this long ago
2) If you're talking about .edit files, the parser can already render those. It might not get the song title/artist correct though, depending on what you put in the #SONG tag.
