Um whats a Rar file?

Hey guys Im new to stepmania and im stuck on something. I downloaded otaku's dream mix 2 and have no idea how to put that into Stepmania. So if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

RAR is a compressed folder, like ZIP.

Download WinRAR, install it and open the RAR file like a zip file.

By the way, this is the wrong section of the forum. This is for the Simfile Database. Not DDR Simulation.
