Hi, people.
A few months back,
my friend and I created a song (yes, not just the simfile). A couple of days ago, I released the simfile (along with the song) to the public for the first time,
on my blog/site (and with
a YouTube video).
Now, I'm wondering, would it be okay to upload that simfile here? I'm worrying because I think someone told me that it's bad to re-upload files which have already been released elsewhere, even though that "elsewhere" is a creator's site. Also, would that count as an "official" release (which I know you can't upload)? Perhaps I just misunderstood the person, but I'd just like to be certain that my first upload isn't going to get me banned. x_x
I've just registered here, and I've had a quick flick through the pages in this "Sims Database" section, but I couldn't find anything which answers this question (at least, not at first glance... sorry).
Uploading a simfile already released elsewhere...?
