What about the legal stuff when uploading a file?

When I upload a simfile, I upload a song with it as well. I distribute a copy of it. In fact: My next simfile will be an unaired one, which you can only find on an album. Will I violate copyrights with it?

FACT, 90%+ of all the sims here fall under those conditions including some/several/lots of my own. Yes, it is copyright infringement. But before you let that bother you, try looking for a post here, or on any StepMania/ITG forum, where the release of a stepfile with a copyrighted song was pursued with legal action. Dare I say it has not happened, ever. Truthfully I doubt, that even if brought to the immediate attention, of the most anal retentive person within the circle of people holding rights to whatever song you're using, unless you chart the entire album, they won't do anything about it.
