Tokens are given out for many of the things you do on bemanistyle. You earn them through posting, submitting reviews, tutorials, simfiles and just contributing in general.

hmm...how much i can earn token if i submitting simfiles:p

and there is other way to earn tokens . . .by deposit it at bank we will give interest heheh...i like this new one
