IIDX Kagonotori video... or lack of

40 MB of song, but no video? I've been had!

Or is it just me...?

In any case, I downloaded the Kagonotori video (the IIDX one). And all I see is a blank screen. That can't be right...

Codecs. Play it in mplayer or VLC or get mpeg-2 codecs. mplayer and VLC should play it correctly without the mpeg-2 codecs.

It was a corrupted file admins.... none shows up until the very last frame. please reupload

It's not corrupt. Please read what I said before about codecs and look in the sticky before reporting a corrupt video.

I tried VLC and it doesn't work either. Well may be its just me.

I am fine playing other videos but just this one...oh well.

Look for some proper mpeg2 codecs. I downloaded the file from the server and it plays fine for me (I use mplayer).

download the K-Lite codec pack. it's worth it.
