2 simple questions for Stepmania

Simply put, I play, on default, with Blind and Shuffle, for recreation.

However, it's annoying to set those EVERYTIME I start it up.

I do know the shuffle keys on the song selection [UDUD], but is there one for Blind [Don't see your EXCELLENT, GREAT, GOOD, etc]?

Also, is there a way to have stepmania set these by default? I tried screwing around with the little Profiles they let you make but that didn't work =(
