Can't get PSPrevolution to work.

So I have a eboot running psp and for some reason I can't get PSP revolution to work. I have the folder named "PSPRevol" and every time I try to load it, it crashes. I've checked Fanjita's site and it says that this homebrew app DOES work on psp 2.71, I just haven't figured out how to yet. What am I doing wrong guys?

you need to downgrade... PSP Rev. won't work on natural 2.71 firmware...
