Complete IIDX HDD Download?

I was wondering if anyone had thought of hosting the complete 15 or so gigs IIDXRED is and such.

I was reading other topics about buying IIDX HDDs and though "Why not just bittorrent it or something?" Has anyone with a IIDXHDD thought of possibly hosting it?
