You know, just because you said that, I hope the USA version's songlist merks Japan's.

I don't like to compare things that come out in both the US and Japan. Because then someone's going to get upset about osmething.

And actually if I'm niot mistaken, we got EX2 and Japan didn't and then they came out with ... Crap I can't remember the name. I think it was Festival, but I'm sure it wasn't. It was one that was only in Japan that was like a shorter version of EX2. It's really starting to get on my nerves that I can't remember this name. Crap.

That's not necessarily the case. I know people who are still pining for "Dance Dance Revolution" to make an appearence on a US mix. The song is already three mixes late, but chances are that it'll probably show up for SN2.

Let me take a stab at the game's songlist:
Every new song and crossover from Arcade + new KOs from SuperNOVA US + UM2 songpack songs + UM3 KOs (and maybe songpacks...)

If it's too much, they'll put the UM2/3 stuff on a new mix which will never be released in the U.S. (a la Party Collection)

Subtract a few licenses, DELETE Flow (Jammin' Ragga Mix) PLEASE, UM2/UM3 KO's and songpacks, and luckily I have a modded PS2 (unless it's for PS3)

Don't worry, given all of those music game compatibility issues, there's no way it's for PS3, especially when the game has been announced for PS2.

Dear God no. Please no. Make it import friendly, make it import friendly...at least use a lot of katas so we can at least get the gist of it as long as we know our katas...

So is it going to be another DDRMAX and DDR EXTREME OST or is it going to be a DDR Festival & Strike OST? Just as long as they do the correct thing and put the BG music in with the first disc and not in the second.

It was STRIKE and our DDR EXTREME (US) was pretty much their DDR Festival with some DDR EXTREME songs.

The thing is I doubt that they will even do that.

Since it's designed for the Japanese market, I wouldn't see that they use massive amounts of english in it, because that would make it harder for people there to play the game than it being in their language. If we are lucky though, they may insert easier to read characters like katakana which would totally kick ass, but I still doubt would be likely.

It would be nice, but It's hard to see it happen so easily, especially since there is the localized US version (albeit different than the JP version)

We should totally work on translating it together and having a section of the site for that, if it comes down to it.
