Question Dance pad questions

Hey there. This is my first post on the forum and, as usual, it's a question that I should probably already know the answer to!

I'm looking into dance pads for the game, but I don't exactly know too much about them. So here are my questions for those of you who already have a pad:

1. What is a good pad that wont break too easily that I can buy for $20-40?

2. Can I play multiplayer with the pads?

3. If so, how do I configure it to tell which is player one and which is player 2?

I've seen plenty of pads, but they're ALL going to say that they're the best, so I wanted to ask humans instead of advertisements. Thanks in advance!

Wrong forum. Check the DDR forum for pad purchasing advice, check the Dance Dance Revolution Simulation forum for advice on hooking it up to your computer.
