Default Format a hd...

So, I have this 320gb hard drive that I was going to use in my mac, so I had it formatted and all that jazz in my mac, but never used it. Now I want to use it with my pc, but it's still formatted as Mac Extended (journaled) and my comp won't read it. It will read that there is indeed a Maxtor drive plugged in, but nothing else. I don't want to put an OS or anything on here, just get it formatted under the NTFS system so I can use it. Any thoughts as to how I might do that?

EDIT: A quick note, I can only view it under certain utility windows. It doesn't show up in say Explorer or anything like that. I also tried formatting it with the operating system and it just repeatedly told me that 1: I needed a partition, and then 2: After creating such partition, I wasn't able to read it...

Oh, I forgot about partition magic. I'll grab it and see if it helps.

EDIT: GG, I love you. ;o Works fine, thanks a lot for reminding me about partition magic.
