In the Grove 2 USB Question

Here is all I know about the "add your own song" gimmick:

2 minute limit.
5 mb limit.
Song must be in ogg format.
Folder must be named "In the Grove 2" in usb drive.
Stepfile must be in "sm" format.

Anything I'm missing? Do I have to put songs in any subfolder within the "In the Grove 2" Folder? Can I make an "In the Grove"-ready stepfile just by changing an mp3 into an ogg (and editing the sm to look for said ogg file)? ANY minute detail about this is welcome.

make a "Songs" folder in your "In the Groove 2" folder and put the songs in there. They don't have to be in groups, or so I've heard.
