Hard Drive Boot Setup Trouble

Default Hard Drive Boot Setup Trouble
I have two hard drives, one Win2K and one XP. The Win2K is the main drive I want to boot into. It's the primary and the XP's the slave.

However, even with the XP drive on slave, the machine tries to boot into XP when I don't want it to. So, uh...what do I do?

If it helps, I found the documentation for the drive the XP is on:

I figure it's something to do with the jumpers...
