No 13 expert. There's a number of songs harder than that. they happen to have 10s beside the difficulties if you must know.

And why would playing it on Supernova CS make it any harder than stepmania? they both have wider timing windows than the arcade, I guess SM has a bit bigger but that's easily changed.
