I'm having major issues with my dancers!

ok heres the problem. every time i try to load a dancer and i start a song it allways pops up with the infamous "so and so bones file can't be found or does not exsist!" and i made sure that all the requierd bonefiles are in there but it still acts retarded and says its not in there. and when i get it working it only works for one song and i have to re install my bones! can someone tell me what the hell is going on here?

What's the problem with your bones files? ...unless... Do you even have your bones files?

Why aren't my dancing characters working? - You need to download the bones files and put them into the Characters folder (the main one, not the folder for your individual character).

please explore this forum more than you should. Be observant and make sure you read everything.
