i need i little help with stepmania

hi i am new here so i kinda need a lttle help u see i loadeda song from this site for stepmania and i have tried all i could but i can`t turn it into a file for it so if anyone could help me i would really be grateful

ok first since you're new read the stickies at the top.

also, most of the time they are .rar/.zip files so get winrar. unzip and put the resulting folder into a folder within the Stepmania song folder and boot up stepmania.

also this is all described on the stepmania site so i don't know why i'm bothering with this, but whatever.
