Default IIDX card readers (IC, not magnetic)

Does anyone's machine have these? They're the kind that have the card slot sticking out, and not flush with the face of the reader unit. If my information is correct, they shipped these with new Distorted and later cabinets.

I need these for...a project. I can't imagine anyone is actually using these. Money can exchange hands if necessary, or, I could help you out in another way. If you have these readers, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

It's kind of hard to see, but here's some pictures I found online.

This one is the new kind of reader (IC card), the one I need:

This one is the old kind of reader (magnetic card), which I don't need:

I'd say quite a few people use them.

Because EAmuse is available for IIDX in America.

You didn't need to post that at all.

You can't use e-AMUSE in America? I actually did not know that. Whoops.

That's the idea. I am wondering if anyone knows of any arcades that might have them on the machine (or in the back room) and yet obviously can't use them cause there is no service in America.

Yet.

I have been keeping an eye on Y!JA but no luck so far. Anyone who knows anything, or think someone might have them, ask your arcade manager or someone else who may know where to get them. I offer compensation for your trouble.

You can't use e-amuse..........in the case of BM IIDX. For other games, well........there is (or was) this SN2 machine that had e-amuse card readers in this place called BZN (in the state of Illinois).

@cmcm

Well personally, I'm not really sure but you can try contacting Hitstyle (official sales distributor of Konami games in Hong Kong)......and see if they have any spare parts.

Hit-Style Ltd.

See if you'll have any luck there

If this turns into VA-muse/cows I'm gonna laugh.

And then drive down.
