Personally speaking, I find that one of the main reasons that there are military personel in DDR is cause most of them are able to quickly adapt to it due to the precision drill that we usually have to learn.

I know that the Army decided to be retarded and make their deployments last for well over a year which does make life pretty miserable. In the case of the Marines they made deployments only 7 months so I wasn't over there way too long thankfully. Alot of the experiences that people have when it comes to their deployment depends on the job they had to do out there.

if you weren't around in the norcal DDR community or weren't in touch with it back around 2001-2003 (sorta 2004 also) you would probably have no idea who this guy is

Ok. Here's my response. VERY FUNNY! It's funny that someone who had the same name as me went AWOL. I couldn't have done it because I was in Indiana at the time serving as a full time missionary for my church. I have many witnesses for that. And for the record, the doctors say I'm mentally fine, just some possible depression issues that run in my family line. I do whatever I can to combat this depression without having to resort to medication. Any other explaination about my odd behavior is not true. That is all I have to say on what people say about my mental state, and I request that this issue be no longer discussed.
