If you're a moderator, either bug djp about it and he'll take care of it, or just wait and it'll be done (eventually). Otherwise, you can make yourself "special" by buying some stuff in the forum shop. There are custom ranks there, along with italicized usernames. So, YAY!

Reputation I'm fairly sure is the little green blips near your points. I'm guessing the things under your name are title/post count thingies? Everyone here is a moderator/staff so it's a bit hard to tell.
