Synergy has more to do with the idea of cumulative effect (think along the lines of the old saying "greater than the sum of its parts") and isn't actually a proper noun, either

well, i never said it was

i fucking suck at scrabble. half the time im playing i say stuff like "HEY AM I ALLOWED TO USE CHEMICAL COMPUNDS" or something. I end up putting down a word like "dog" or some dumb shit.

ironically, my mom is fairly dumb but is really good at scrabble.

yeah, my dad keeps sweeping the game with words like cat and dog too. He always manages to get the triple word score on some shit word like "tack."
