Default PIU vs. ITG stepchart difficuties.

Well, most of us know how insane Crazy and Nightmare can get on PIU. In addition, some of us (including me) know insane Expert can get on ITG. So, I was wondering, is there any correlation in foot/block ratings (along the lines of x foot PIU difficuty = y block ITG difficulty)? I know that some of the PIU songs are over 20 feet (or whatever they call the level numbers), while ITG goes up to 13 blocks. Still, you can't get much more insane than the 13-block charts (unless you had long streams of 16th notes at 200 BPM - that might push it up to 14 blocks).

So, is there a definite conversion ratio? Is LIADZ2 Crazy really over 50% harder than Vertex^2 Expert or Pandemonium Expert? I hope for some good debate on this thread.
