Real???IIDX Happy Sky full version on PC???

i heard from my friend that
now,there are a hack version of IIDX happy sky!
it's the hack version from IIDX happy sky that you can play the full version in the
PC!!!(but the size is quite large,around 10 Gigabytes)
is that true?
Could anybody here give me the resolution about....how can i download this IIDX pc version?
