I had to use a program made by a friend to rip the movies and I promised him I wouldn't share the program except for those I really trust.
In addition, when I rip the movies, it produced several 1 second long segements that I had to merge and compress. Believe me, it was an extremely time-consuming process.

Can't you just send over the DS Max videos so that I can sync them and get it over with? I have ALL the songs finished WITH lyric files for the ones that show them in game.

Did you see the rest of the thread? Torrent sites with them have absolutely NO seeders, unfortunately, so you're out of luck. Also, there isn't any zip or smzip pack that I could find.

EDIT:

on the video capture process.. assuming you had a JP PSX and the disc.. what you have to do (this was what saotome2U told me back in the day) is

play the song twice on single once on each side (so that the other side has no steps in the way) and capture it using a video capture card, then you have to stitch them together .. how one would go about doing that, I have no idea...

Hey all, I'm glad to see so much interest in the BG vids. Now if only I could find time to do my project, DDR Disney Mix vids...

But I'm curious about something. Way back (over a year ago?), it was being said on DDRManiax that once Bemanistyle 7.0 was up, it would help the BGvid production. So, 7.0 is here, but how does it help BGvid production?

I have no idea. Maybe it'll be added later. There was lots of confusion and many problems when BMS 7.0 was released.

And eepiccolo, now that your "beware, that is freakin' sweet!" comments at BMS 6.0 and DDRManiaX have both been deleted, aren you going to say that again?

Hey this is DDRNemesis. I help Amy identify some of the movies used in the various import games for the scripts and stuff. I think we should all thank her for her hard work though, sometimes I feel we don't give her enough credit.

Yep. Thanks for the help. Now the BG movies for Strike are well on the way.
In the meantime, I'll get a little sample of my BG project from Extreme 2 up to show what I can do.
