So what happened with Konami/Roxor???

Ok, I apologize if this was discussed earlier, if so lock it immediately.
Back on topic (A topic I haven't yet mentioned) I remember hearing of a law suit or something between the two companies over none other then DDR and ITG.
My question is what really happened? I also heard that Konami bought Roxor and the chances of a ITG2 home version are slim...

Take in mind these are all things I just hear I don't know much of history on the subject..

Konami did not buy Roxor Games (the company) but they did acquire the intellectual property rights for In The Groove which means that if "ITG" is to continue at all, it would be up to Konami, not Roxor. In other words, most likely, there won't be an ITG2 home version.

Alright I see...that makes sense..someone was talking about how Konami would tone down the difficultly and basically kill it...

All we know now for absolute certainty is that Roxor still has options and they are still trying to make dance games. Only time will seperate the rumors and speculation.

The chances of any more ITG games by Roxor are -5%.

The Konami and Roxor dispute is old news now, we'll just have to wait for Roxor to make their next dance game.
