Pump It Up was in development a LONG time... I think the patents and all were what were registered simultaneously. There is definitely a factor where Andamiro did something first. I read it on an article on their website. I forget what, though.

Thanks for all the great information. I always new that they were developed at the same time and DDR came first. But, at least now we have exact dates. I know Knami sued Andamiro over these whole thing to and they setteled out of court if memory serves me correct. I just cannot remeber what they settled for. and, if you can find what Andamiro did first that would be cool. It would be a nice little bit of information that shows andamiro was acting independently.
