Guess this can help for those who can do 12s but haven't quite started [b] 12s yet since they seem to work in little clustered walls of their own (with each of these tiers being significantly harder than the last).

I would not consider Sweetest Savage [b] as a very hard 10. I cleared it early on when I got Troopers, and I still haven't cleared most of the singles 10's in Troopers.
I guess I could spill my guts on doubles and put together my own list. I've cleared most of the 10's and a few 11's, so it would be accurate up to that point, but 12's, past the few songs I have less than a 200 miss-count on, would mostly be in a difficulty range known as the lolz-HAHAHAHAHAhahaHAHA-omg-shit-sucks difficulty range. I mean, I'll make my best guess and leave it up to discussion at that point. Want me to post it in this thread or start another?

Sense 2007 is not a very hard 11. I'd say mid-range. Hell I passed it first try back when I still had over half the 11s left to pass, and im terrible at scratches as well.

Rising In The Sun [a] only has a tricky middle section, the end of the song gives you an insane amount of time to regain bar. I'd put it in the 9.5 section.

RED ZONE [a] really isn't difficult enough to be a midrange 11*. There are a few bits that are a little ugly, but not anything particularly bad. As my 8th 11* it only took me 2 tries (since being good enough to pass 11s).

I suggest it be moved to the 'easy' 11s.

For example, I had much more trouble with Vanishing Point [a] which is currently rated in the medium 10s. I would mildly suggest it be moved to the 'hard' 10s.

The only thing that struck me as seriously out of place was Vox Up [h] being under the very hard 11s, especially considering the songs on the hard 11s list like FPOH.

personally i think the list should be based on the notechart without the scratch, then worked from there with the scratch.

Some input on the hardest difficulty

LEVEL 12

-Very Easy 12's:
DUE TOMORROW [a] --This should go in medium imo, 1-3 rolls are nearly impossible for me to do at this speed without changing my hand positioning, and that took me a very long time to learn how to do
moon_child [a] --Scratching makes this difficult for ASC players, more like an easy or medium 12

-Easy 12's:
ICARUS [a] --Should be in very easy, the last part of the song is about a 10 and if you hit 70% of the notes as greats or better you'll pass
The Least 100 sec [a] --I think this has too many notes in too short of a time to be an easy 12, it should probably go in medium
TROOPERS [a] --Scratching at end is fairly difficult on ASC, probably medium 12

-Mid Range 12's
Fascination MAXX [a] --This is far easier than Colors and should be in Easy or Very Easy, as you can hit about 80% of the ending (about a 9* with a 10* part during a roll) with greats or above and easily pass
moon_child [a] --See what I said before, dunno why this is here twice
otatio [a] --The ending is pretty hard, this is debatable as a hard 12
PLEASE DON'T GO [a] --Hard 12 for sure
Scripted Connection⇒A mix [a] --I had a lot of trouble passing this at first due to the insane middle followed by the jacks, probably a hard 12
カゴノトリ~弐式~ [a] --This should be a hard 12, the ending is pretty disgusting on anything
V [a] --I couldn't pass this for a very long time due to 1-3 roll and stuff in the last 2 measures, but I can see others calling it a mid-range so I dunno

-Hard 12's:
Biometrics Warrior [a] --This is mid-range at best, the pattern during the 16ths is really easy once you figure it out
Go Beyond!! [a] --Easy or very easy, end of story; get the Jack on key 1 at the end and you pass, simple as that
V [a] --Yeah I'd leave this here personally
VOX UP [a] --VERY mashable, not sure since it's new and I didn't have any trouble with it but probably a mid 12
ピアノ協奏曲第1番"蠍火" [a] --I still fail this, I think it belongs in very hard but top of hard makes sense too
SCREAM SQUAD [a] --I'd say this is mid, even on ASC the key part near the end isn't that bad and can be one-handed without too much trouble
少年A [a][/color] --Hard to say since it's new but I think this belongs in high mid at best, definitely mid though

-Very Hard 12's --I call these 13s personally
One More Lovely [a] --I passed this before scorpion fire
MENDES [a] --This might belong near the top of hard, it's easier than anything else in very hard by far
quell~the seventh slave~ [a] --I passed this third to last, should probably be right with nageki
冥 [a] --Last song I passed on [a], easier than quell for consistency though
嘆きの樹 [a] --Passed this 4th to last, but definitely harder than anything else except possibly FAKE TIME
FAKE TIME [a] --Passed 2nd to last, this is probably in the right place

You play BMS files too much (14s lol)
MENDES [b] --If you can keep bar in the first part of the ending, you can literally mash all keys and scratch during the last part and combo the entire thing.

A few of the black/kaiden/GAMBOL songs are opinionated (Time to Air, Do it^2, Blue Rain specifically) based on when I personally cleared them and how easy I believe (or is) it will be to clear them again, so some others may disagree. Most seem to be in the right place though, as far as how other players seem to think.

EDIT: And where the hell is Pluto? I'd put it in the middle of the hard 12s.

Yup, the list seems to be quite spot-on. Nice job there . Interestingly, I was thinking about Euro-romance [a] and it seems to be one of those level 10s that are somewhat at par with earth-like planet [a]. Interestingly, I was expect it to be the opposite but I guess it's fair enough hehe
