I can only hope that Konami's chart raters do not believe that is a 10 on the current difficulty scale, because that chart is more annoying to play than Usual Days -remix- (Not that it's harder)

My arguments and adjustments to that list...I play mainly 9s and 10s on a KASC, so I'm going to go through the 10s. I live like...2 minutes from an Empress AC machine, so I'll put my thoughts on the songs I've played on here.

9.5:
Ristaccia [h] - Very hard for a 9 imo...might be easier on random, but the normal chart is pretty damn hard.

Very Easy 10:
リグレット [a] - I thought this was a 9 o_0
Colorful Cookie [7k] - Empress AC...really easy in general. AAed this first try, and I don't AA 10s lol.

Easy 10:
Bloody Tears(IIDX Edition) [a] - Not really hard IMO...it's only a little harder than the hyper, which is a hard 9.
HEARTBEAT [a] - 7th...Essentially the same as the hyper, with different note placements in the beginning and the end (look at their charts on textage!)
Karma [a] - Not that much harder than the hyper imo
Rising in the Sun(original mix) [a] - DJ Troopers...easy to get your lifebar back if you mess up the middle part.
Twelfth Style [a] - My first 10* clear...not that hard, really
華爛漫-Flowers- [a] - Not that hard imo...about the same level as Be OK [a]
クルクル☆ラブ〜Opioid Peptide MIX〜 [a] - Beginning is a clusterfuck, but you have like...3/4 of the song to get your lifebar back, and that 3/4 is VERY easy.

Medium 10:
Arabian Rave Night [7k] - Empress AC...not too bad, really.
Jewellery Storm [a] - Empress AC...pretty chord-y but manageable.
Punch Love ♥ 仮面 [a] - Empress AC...haven't played it in a while, but I remember clearing it first try and thinking "That's not really TOO hard"
Rise'n Beauty [a] (DJ Troopers CS) - Not that hard, really
SOUND OF GIALLARHORN [7k] - DJ Troopers...chord-y, middle part can be messy, but many opportunities to regain your lifebar.
TROOPERS [7k] - I don't find this song very hard at all...but I'm also not terrible at these type of scratches.
V [7k] - It's not VERY hard...scratches are the hard part of the song. If you hit the first notes of the rolls on time, then the rest of the roll is fine.
waxing and wanding [7k] - Just depends on if you can get the ending or not.
X-Rated [a] - Thought this was easier than a "hard" 10...haven't played it in a while, though

Hard 10:
ay carumba!!!!! [a] - Ending is hard. Rest of the song is medium hard.
BITTER CHOCOLATE STRIKER [7k] - Empress AC...about the same as The Deep Striker in difficulty...and about the same chart
Ganymede [7k] - I think it's hard T_T
Jack [a] - Empress AC...pretty hard, imo. Not as hard as the ones in Very hard, but very close. Measure 30 to the end is pretty difficult.
Romeo&Juliet [a] - 6th...Would be pretty easy if not for the damn jacks
The Deep Striker [7k] - Not on list...Very managable, but still hard imo
Zenius-i-Vanisher [a] - You have this on here twice...once in Easy 10s, another in Hard 10s...delete the Easy 10 entry :P
シティ・エンジェル [a] - Gold ... pretty complex, but doable. Random would make it harder, probably.
天空脳番長危機十六連打 [7k] - Empress AC...pretty hard, but manageable if you can do scales very well.

Very hard 10:
3y3s [7k] - Empress AC...chart is ewww. Not as bad as, say, Genocide, but still really hard.
AA [7k] - The entire song is pretty unrelenting...
Candy Galy [7k] - Yea, I can't even come close to clearing this.
IMPLANTATION [7k] - Chart is just very hard in general.
NEW GENERATION-もう、お前しか見えない- [a] - DJ Troopers...very hard for a 10 I think.
Now and Forever [a] - DJ Troopers...the song is fairly managable up to the scratches + 1-2 roll for four measures plus shit on right hand part at the end.
SigSig [a] - Not a "hard" 10...the chart screams stupid.
Saturn [7k] - Troopers CS...I hate this chart
stoic [7k] - Don't think this is a 10.5 ... only hard part is the ending, and that's arguably harder than the rest of the song.
Thank you for playing [a] - Empress AC...pretty straightforward. Scales in middle are quite fast and awkward for me, plus measure 58 is pretty hard to me.
V2 [7k] - Empress AC...it's like V [7k] but a lot harder...probably is a 10.5.
ミラージュ･レジデンス [a] - DJ Troopers...ending is very hard imo, rest of the song is easy-ish
雪月花 [7k] - 10th...ending sucks with the scratches

10.5:
GENOCIDE [7k] - The entire song is a clusterfuck. Whoever wrote the chart should be shot.
Go Berzerk [7k] - Pretty hard as well...my opinion, though. I can't seem to get how that pattern goes >_<
子供の落書き帳 [7k] - REALLY damn hard. I got lucky in clearing this ONCE, but every other time I've played this it hurts my eyes T_T
凛として咲く花のごとく [a] - Empress AC...pop'n transplant! Very hard chart, though >_<

OML [a] is a medium 12. (Though I would probably say it's easy, personally.)

Do it do it kuro is a very hard 12.

Four Pieces of Heaven kuro is at the top of hard or is a very hard 12.

Himiko [a] is a very hard 12.

Since you're going on normal clear Go Beyond!! [a] is either easy or very easy.

Setsugekka [a] is easy.

FaXX [a] is very easy.

Flowers kuro is hard.

Steel Needle kuro is probably hard. I haven't played it that much.

VOX UP [a], Golden Cross [a], Anisakis kuro, and Blue Rain kuro probably need their own section in between hard and very hard. You could make an argument for them being very hard, I guess. Golden Cross may not belong here but I'm bad at it.

Icarus kuro is very hard.

Well, in short, this list is garbage and you don't know to play IIDX. Some of the lower difficulty shit is particularly hilarious, especially fucking rainbow rainbow. Unfortunately I don't care to play random easy songs to correct you, so lol.

I'd suggest deleting this so that the world will never know of your shame.

By the way, I maintain that BLOCKS [a] is harder to normal clear than a good deal of 12s. Or at least it used to be; I haven't played it in a great while, to be honest.
