Talk to an amusement machine distributor like Manjiro Works and be prepared to shell out a lot of money. Still, that's how Colorado got its Carnival machine (Spork bought it), so I imagine if you were willing to spend the money you could do it, too!

alrighty thanks guys. i may also be interested in just making a arcade cabinet for my ps2, tv, and a custom pop'n gamepad. anyone know how high the buttons are from the ground. or any dimensions at all.
