Buying/Making a Pop'n ASC in the UK

I live in the UK but I really want to buy an ASC, but with things like shipping and import tax the price would be stupidly high.
I just wanted to know if anyone in the UK has bought/built an ASC before and if so how much did it cost altogether after shipping/tax and what sites they used.

And also if there's anywhere else that I can buy the happ buttons from in the UK could someone point me in the right direction.

Shipping for our V4 controller to the UK is only $50 (or $40 during our current promotion) for a total of $240 in your choice of color.

I live in Finland and I built my ASC using Arcadeshop: Arcadespiele, Automaten & Ersatzteile domebuttons. The buttons, wood and PCB costed like 120€ total and it works alright. So, I think that it's like the same way in UK because the shipping is the same to UK and Finland.

I think that the cheapest way is making one by yourself.

Ouch, why so much?

I just put an order down for the special airbrushed flame DASC in the v4 thread.
it was £100 for the controller, £20 for the paint job and £20 for delivery so only £140 altogether, would've been £120 for a plain DASC. Why did yours cost so much then?

i added lots of extras to it like lights and special paint job...
and the UPS guy fucked me over by charging me a lot.

I paid about £170 for my DJ Dao controller - strangly they didnt charge me anyimport tax yet when I brought guitar and drum controller £50 and paid almost £50 fed ex postage on playasia.(total £100) I got a £25 tax invoice!!! figure that ppl - i recon its fed ex trying to con customers
