Introducing: The Desktop Arcade V 4.0 “Pop’n Music” Controller!
The Desktop Arcade Pop’n Music DASC has gone through many changes over the years, but none as big (No pun intended) as this! It’s smaller, lighter, and more portable than its predecessor - without sacrificing the quality you have come to expect from Desktop Arcade
The V4DASC weighs less than 10 pounds, and measures in at only 11” X 28” and less than 3” tall!
Perfect for the Pop’n player on the go who wants a smaller, lighter, easier-to-keep-in-tow package, or those who want the “Pop’n Music arcade” experience at home that is easier to conceal when not in use.
Details:
Constructed out of 100% birch plywood, and painted and top coated using modern painting techniques, the controller is not only rugged and smooth to the touch, but light to carry, too!
Built From:
Top: ½” Birch Plywood
Sides: ½” Birch Plywood
Bottom: ¼” Birch Plywood
Buttons: High impact plastic. Black button body.
Microswitches: Cherry Brand (American standard)
Controller board: Brand New, NOS (New old stock) PSX circuit board. Pricing is $200 plus shipping.
Currently, the Fighting Hinomaru pictured IS AVAILABLE, FINISHED, AND READY TO SHIP PENDING PAYMENT. (For $225, with the $25 extra charge for the paint job)
Some "Stock" colors we have right now are:
Pink
Red
Yellow
Blue
Black
Purple
All the solid colors are "Diamond dusted" (Glitter coated)
email Steve[at]desktoparcade.com for more info or to order! Currently the ones listed (and pictures are forthcoming, we are doing a photoshoot this afternoon with them) are the only ones I have, but I will be doing another run of 10-20 more next week.

Metallic paint and a "candy-coating treatment" of gloss polyeurethane.

After an official announcement on the fact that this box shape is an option, I am sure it won't be long before someone requests a KASC copy (without of course, the Konami logo on it). I've come a long way in my 5+ years as a wood worker, and I am completely confident that I can make a complete replica of the KASC (including those domes on the two sides). You laugh now, mister!

Is it a switch or a wiring problem? Luckily select isn't a completely necessary button (thank you "double yellow"!) but I still want to get that fixed up for you. Let me know!

Also, my email has completely stopped working and I cannot receive emails anymore. Could you please use my yahoo email address instead (hildegarn326g at yahoo dot com)?

I'll email you tomorrow at that address. I can add candycoating to your controller during my duties tomorrow.
